How to request deletion

We'll reply to confirm the request came from the account owner. This protects you from someone else deleting your account.
Deletion is completed
Once verified, your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
What gets deleted, what's kept
Most of your data is erased permanently. A small set of records is retained only where law or fraud-prevention requires it, then deleted.
Retained records are isolated, access-restricted, and permanently deleted once their retention period ends. They are never used for marketing.
