Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WealthIQ website, platform, dashboard, AI assistant, reports, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by AlphaNB LLC (“WealthIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

WealthIQ provides AI-powered tools for researching and evaluating off-plan and secondary real estate opportunities, with a focus on Dubai and other markets we may serve from time to time. The Service may include market dashboards, developer scores, project analytics, fair-value and risk modelling, AI assistants, deep research workflows, and connections to vetted agents.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, model, dataset, report, tier, or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Some features are offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges set out at checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
• You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, and partial-period subscriptions are not refundable on cancellation.
• We may change pricing, plan features, or billing models, and any such changes will apply prospectively.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers unless explicitly stated.

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impair the Service or any servers or networks connected to it.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security mechanism.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malware, virus, or other harmful code, or use the Service to transmit unsolicited communications.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Misuse, abuse, or attempt to manipulate AI assistants, scoring outputs, ratings, or research tools, including through prompt injection or jailbreak attempts intended to extract proprietary content or models.
• Use the Service to make automated, fraudulent, or misleading inquiries to agents, developers, or partners.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair WealthIQ or interfere with any other party’s use of it.

We may investigate any suspected violation, suspend or terminate access, and take appropriate legal or technical action.

All data, content, reports, market intelligence, pricing analysis, developer scores, project insights, visualizations, forecasts, text, design, databases, software, and platform outputs made available through WealthIQ are protected by applicable intellectual property, database, contract, and technology laws.

You are strictly prohibited from accessing, copying, extracting, harvesting, scraping, crawling, mining, downloading, reproducing, republishing, selling, reselling, training models on, or otherwise using WealthIQ data or content through automated or manual means without our prior written permission. This restriction applies whether the access is for commercial, research, competitive, model-training, or any other purpose.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Web scraping
• Data scraping
• Data mining
• Database extraction
• Automated crawling
• Bot access
• Bulk downloading
• Reverse engineering of any data, model, score, or output
• API abuse, including undocumented or non-public API endpoints
• Circumventing rate limits, paywalls, or access controls
• Using WealthIQ data to build, operate, or improve a competing product or service
• Using WealthIQ content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, distil, or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence models without our prior written permission

Unauthorized scraping, extraction, or commercial reuse of WealthIQ data is not permitted and may result in account suspension, termination, civil claims for damages and injunctive relief, criminal referrals where applicable, and reporting to relevant authorities and platform providers.

We reserve the right to monitor usage, fingerprint devices and sessions, block automated access, rate-limit requests, suspend accounts, revoke access, and take legal or technical action against any unauthorized data extraction or misuse of the Service. We may also pursue recovery of legal fees and costs incurred in enforcing this section to the extent permitted by law.

The Service includes AI-powered research assistants, summarisations, scores, comparisons, and analytics. AI outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent.

You agree that AI outputs are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only and are not financial, legal, tax, brokerage, or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for your investment, financial, and legal decisions.

You may not use AI outputs from the Service to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise improve competing AI systems or models without our prior written permission.

The Service, including all software, content, data, models, scoring methodologies, designs, trademarks, logos, and reports, is owned by or licensed to WealthIQ and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own lawful internal or personal investment research.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works of any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback about the Service, you grant WealthIQ a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and exploit that feedback for any purpose, without obligation to you.

The Service may surface information about, or facilitate introductions to, real estate agents, brokers, developers, consultants, or other third parties. WealthIQ is not a real estate broker and does not represent any party in a transaction unless expressly stated.

Any transaction, agreement, communication, or relationship you enter into with a third party discovered or contacted through the Service is solely between you and that third party. We are not responsible for the conduct, accuracy, listings, claims, or performance of any third party.

WealthIQ provides property market research, analytics, data tools, and decision-support information. It is not a regulated financial adviser, broker, dealer, tax adviser, or law firm. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, brokerage, or investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any property, security, or other asset.

Real estate investments are speculative and carry risk, including loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified, regulated professionals before making any investment decision.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEALTHIQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DATA, FORECAST, SCORE, OR OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEALTHIQ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO WEALTHIQ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WealthIQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of any third-party right, including any unauthorized data extraction or misuse of WealthIQ content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms, suspected unauthorized data extraction, security concerns, or non-payment.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, anti-scraping, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlphaNB LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, except that we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or enforce the anti-scraping provisions of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
